General Electric Commercial Analytics Leader in Budapest, Hungary

Role Summary:In this role, the Commercial Analytics Leader will be responsible for driving actionable commercial insights for Europe and will lead a team to maintain and evolve the existing tools of the SFDC ecosystem.

Essential Responsibilities:The successful candidate will partner with ComOps/ComEx across Europe and global commercial CoE team to provide the right tools and commercial insights for Europe sales teams to help achieve both regional and global objectives. The scope of this role – with the help of the team – will make sure to maintain and enhance the commercial tool offering to stakeholders.

Define the clear priorities for team members and lead the Europe SFDC tool maintenance & evolution team and provide guiding principles to the Europe tool deployment team

Collaborate with the Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence team in Europe and global CoE teams to achieve the responsibilities listed below

In strong cooperation with the global Einstein Analytics team, proactively provide for Europe team innovative analytics and data visualization (story-telling actionable insights), enabling deeper growth insights, faster commercial decision making, improved collaboration, and sales productivity. Commercial insights to be enabled will include, but not be limited to:

Establish a regular cadence with zone stakeholders to adopt a standard system of KPIs

Drive MCAP Analytics incl. Commercial Scorecards, Pricing/CPQ Analytics, Segmentation/Targeting insights

Define and align with global EA team the region specifics for Europe

Drive best practice-sharing with the global EA team and peers in other global regions on innovative solutions for EA and the broader SFDC eco-system

Partner with IT to ensure quality and timely use case development, including end-user testing, as well as an accurate data back-bone for commercial tools

Drive strong relationships with the zone ; product teams to understand their needs & challenges and translate these into applicable use cases for development

Provide thought leadership on how best to optimize our commercial tools within each zone to support the frontline sales teams

Ensure the frontline sales teams are kept at the forefront of all deliverables, to ensure an optimized and simplified experience for the Europe sales teams across the region

Improve adoption and support in each European zone

Drive process harmonization when possible before building custom/individual use cases

Qualifications/Requirements:Economics, sales, marketing or IT background

Major experience working in projects in areas of operations, sales, marketing, IT subjects within complex organizations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Analytical and planning skills

Ability to manage a diverse team working in various locations

External focus, entrepreneurial thinker: having the view on the broader picture

Ability to find creative added value solutions for customers

Excellent presentation skills

High computer skills: Excel, MS-Office, Salesforce

High level of flexibility and passion/engagement; self-starter who is pro-actively driving topics

Hands-on team player with the ability to lead/guide informally providing coaching when needed

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Leadership skills

Being able to quickly learn new processes/technologies
