General Electric Analyst - Improper Payments Specialist, Polish in Budapest, Hungary

Role Summary:

Responsible for providing support to the GE Healthcare business on a variety of legal and compliance issues and transactions, including, potential conflicts of interest, high risk payments, appropriate segregation of duties, transparency requirements for relationships with health care professionals (“HCPs”), and compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute and corporate governance matters.

Essential Responsibilities:

Acting as a business partner by applying combined legal and compliance judgment to proposed deals, relationships and other issues requiring review and attention.

Highlighting and resolving improper payments concerns, segregation of duties questions, conflicts of interest, Anti-Kickback concerns, high risk payments, and HCP transparency requirements.

Quality Specific Goals:

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Some experience in a corporate or healthcare-related environment.

  • Previous experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to communicate using English and outstanding interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in Polish

  • Preference for experience including legal and compliance review of complex business and/or healthcare relationships, familiarity with Anti-Kickback Statute, HCP transparency requirements, Improper Payments and High Risk Transactions, and analysis of potential Conflicts of Interest

  • Paralegal Degree Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior experience in Healthcare Compliance

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and previous exposure to medical device or pharmaceutical regulations

  • Drives growth and innovation effectiveness through influence and collaborate across functions.experienced in operational logistics, import/export and/or customs expertise.

  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
