General Electric Operations Specialist - On Site Services in Bucharest, Romania

Role Summary:

The incumbent would assist with Operations and Administrative support.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute online billing and organize/maintain files.

  • Support OSS Leader in term of order tracking and input the projects into the Oracle ERP system.

  • Coordinate with logistics on order tracking and shipment.

  • Review incoming correspondence; prepare communications (including reports, complex charts and presentations; track documents requiring review/approval).

  • Monitor and tracking the invoicing document and any other related document.

  • Support the invoicing status progress with the customer as well.

  • Create Purchase requisition with GE Application provided (Oracle/ERP/SAP).

  • Maintaining office supplies & document filling.Other office responsibilities may be assigned


  • College degree/or equivalent, plus minimum proven experience as a customer support or office administrator.

  • Ability to handle highly confidential and critical information in a professional business manner.

  • Fluent in EnglishExcellent organizational and follow-up skills, ability to manage multiple assignments.

  • Self starter with demonstrated high level of motivation, integrity and ability to work well independently.

  • Relentless attention to detail and quality oriented with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

  • Very strong computer skills; especially creating Presentations in Power Point, Word Processing in MS Word, Excel Spread Sheets and overall computing abilities.

  • Proven experience in Oracle/ERP/SAP applicationEffective Interpersonal and Communication skills.
