Job Description Summary
Military technical Inspector will be able to read and understand detailed drawings, technical documentation and apply all quality requirements/procedures in order to establish serviceability, repairability or scrap of components and assy according to specific OEM requirements /limits. He /She’ll be able to use measurements gauges and instruments/machine. Use Logbooks, log cards and data sheets to identify and apply right engines/components/sub Assy in / Out configuration.
Perform Engine/Components visual Inspection.
Perform Engine/Components Dimensional Inspection.
Maintains a safe and healthy workplace by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Guarantee parts traceability.
Define Repair schemes to apply for components.
Guarantee parts configuration and lifing conformity
Technical High school diploma with previous experience in MRO business.
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
Knowledge of Anti FOD policy/procedure
Strong knowledge of measure system
Knowledge of airworthiness
Aviation product Knowledge
Good written and spoken Italian and English
Basic computer skills
EU work permit
Ability to work within a team
Proactive approach with positive “can do” attitude
Appropriate communication skills
Human factor trained
Previous experience on technical Inspection of EJ200 engine and knowledge on engine technical documentation
