Job Description Summary

In this role inside Life Cycle Engineering organization, you will be part of the team who support the in-service military engines.
You will work closely with MRO shop, field management and design teams to reduce shop visit costs, address field findings, ensure that hardware meets customers’ expectations and work to improve engine time on wing.
In this role you will:
Provide all required engineering support to the new make and MRO production lines of the military in service products.
Support the MRB process for the disposition of Non Conforming Product
Provide answers to technical queries coming from the field, interfacing with Operators and Field teams.
Support investigation process to Identify root causes and corrective actions for in-service issues through an established investigation process (TOPS8D)
Execute and owns the change management process, meeting established business standards, practices and procedures, and the product/program requirements
Provide instructions to in-service fleet to ensure airworthiness (e.g. service bulletins)
Manage execution through program reviews, problem resolution, and risk abatement
Master’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an accredited university
Technical Accountability/Ownership and Customer oriented attitude
Good English and Italian language knowledge, both written and oral
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Experience in management of aeronautical products in-service
Experience in reliability and statistical analysis
