Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
In the role of Manufacturing Specialist - Production Supervision, you will:
Be responsible for Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees
Be responsible for managing hourly employee populations
Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision
Work together with people from the business unit, Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
Work within a team setting and / or under guidance
Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (OR Associates Degree from an accredited college or university and minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing OR high school diploma / GED with a minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing) Desired Characteristics:
