Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
Contributes and leads electricity market application Product development and ensures related software deliveries are on schedule, within budget and meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines
and quality standards
Writes documents for new project tasks, such as White Papers, Design notes, testing procedures, etc.
Leverage Power Systems domain knowledge in design and development of Product software.
Promote and demonstrate best practices and high quality software development processes
Act as a coach / mentor to grow and develop junior staff
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Basic Qualification
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with thesis or related work in power systems OR in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of four (4) years of experience
Eligibility Requirement

Technical Expertise:
PHD in Electrical Engineering with thesis or related work in power systems
Three (3) years development or project delivery experience in Electricity Market field
