Job Description Summary
As the Account Director - Radio Pharmacy, you will be responsible for selling GE Healthcare proprietary radiopharmaceuticals through a network of radiopharmacy partner sites as well as to direct customers falling outside pharmacy service areas. You will collaborate with Clinical Account Managers, Clinical Modality Leaders, Marketing and Global Product Leaders to establish the commercial strategy, understand specific customer needs, create unique offerings & identify opportunities to drive financial results as well as driving operational effectiveness and simplification.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of the GE Healthcare proprietary radiopharmaceutical product and services commercial strategy
Establish and execute commercial initiatives including the planning and forecasting sales performance while exceeding operating plan targets
Analyze gaps in commercial coverage, contract compliance, audit findings, etc., while quantifying risks / opportunities and developing appropriate plans to remedy
Work with radiophamacy partners and direct customers to define the optimal network to ensure all end customers (hospitals/imaging centers/etc.) have access to GE proprietary products, while enhancing the existing structure with a view to integrate and simplify where appropriate
Formulate plans to identify, develop & manage opportunities by leveraging synergies and capabilities across product teams
Coordinate & own contract management and contract negotiations with radiopharmacy partners to maximize value to GE Healthcare
Coordinate & own pricing and contracts (leveraging Finance, Pricing & Commercial Operations teammates) across the customer portfolio and support problem resolution when necessary
Manage and assure reliable supply to the radiopharmacy network and direct customers with the GE Global Supply Chain team, to maximize inventory and market supply utilization
Leading Commercial Development
Identify key segments, initiatives, territories and product lines per geographic area to help drive effective and efficient go-to-market strategy
Identify channel competitive landscape by geographic area and radiopharmacy partner network to develop and execute strategic response
Cultivate broad & deep long-term relationship with strategic pharmacy partner to foster greater customer intimacy while driving business growth
Coordinating radiopharmacy partner audits to better understand how our solutions can be better utilized while ensuring appropriate quality protocols are followed
Team with Global Product Management teams for determination of commercial viability of new products and manufacturing opportunities to maximize distribution within the region / radiopharmacy network
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
3+ years' experience in Customer Sales
Demonstrated experience and success in the management of direct account and sales channels
Proven coordination and influencing skills to set and drive an agenda with third parties. Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs
Customer focused sales professional with a creative mindset to develop & execute new opportunities to drive growth
Previous experience selling to or for nuclear pharmacies
5+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry
Deep customer/account management experience demonstrating customer intimacy & leveraging for growth
Proven senior level commercial success in managing sales channels with multiple products in healthcare equipment sales and consumable/flow business sales
Extensive experience in contracting, negotiations, account management and complex deal creation and execution
Tenacious ability to rally a broad horizontal team around solving a customer problem
Leadership capabilities demonstrated in outlining customer vision to allow for solution alignment
Unblemished record of compliance and integrity
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Nuclear Pharmacist or Nuclear Pharmacy Technician
