The GE Digital FP&A Leader will own all planning cycles, reporting, pacing, closing and FP&A analytics for revenue streams in the Digital organization. She/He will be a key partner to the GE Digital CFO and Digital Leadership team to drive operational accountabilities and support business performance analytics. Furthermore she/he will need to successfully partner with global controlling & ERPs teams to ensure that the overall processes/systems infrastructure works as designed and all reporting business needs are properly fulfilled. Finally, the role will need to partner effectively with the GE Vernova HQ team and the broader Finance community within Digital.

In this role she/he will translate concepts, develop strategy, implement change, create programs responsive to the external environment, and participate in cross-functional business and cultural development.
Her/his main responsibilities will be:
Master all Planning cycles and ensure that proper operational targets are cascaded down to the key functional owners to have all financial targets properly allocated throughout the organization.
Be responsible for quarterly pacing of orders, revenue, CM, base cost, op profit. Identify gaps early on vs target and drive closure.
Engage and own closing process and all the subsequent reporting to the organization to measure actual performance vs targets.
Identify and drive significant, broad initiatives designed to improve business financial performance.
Lead communications and build collaborative relationships with the broader Finance team.
Own and lead the wing-to-wing forecast process (budgets, forecasts, pacing etc.) from data generation, digitization, and submission through to senior level presentation and communication.
Own all the financial planning cycles and financials target setting across Digital.
Partner with Tax and Controllership on Income forecasting and reporting to ensure proper alignment
Lead and support in ERP structure strategy and design changes to ensure business reporting /analytic needs are met and Enterprise Standards compliance is achieved
Lead a global FP&A Finance team effectively and develop next generation of FP&A talent.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
10 years+ of Finance experience
Significant experience in a finance leadership roles
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred
Strong knowledge of Digital software products and capabilities
Strong industry knowledge and contacts coupled with knowledge of controllership, accounting, and tax / legal Issues
Controllership assessment and planning experience is preferred
Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
The salary range for this position is $144,000 to $216,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include health, medical, vision, 401K and paid leave.
