To control documents such as Work Instructions (WI) and Bill of Materials (BoM) through standardized methods, and hereby ensure that all changes are recorded and traceable so that risk exposure for failure is mitigated or eliminated, and LM Wind Power is able to meet agreed customer requirements, and improve process, product, quality and reduce cost.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure production uses up to date Work Instructions (WI) by receiving, arranging translation, training, and release of WI on time.
Implement Engineering Change by Planning of necessary training, making changes in necessary documentation etc.
Maintaining the Engineering Change Implementation System of the plant
Communicate with necessary engineering change owners and the person responsible in case of any clarification
Making appropriate decisions to implement changes
Receive Global BoM, and subscribe for new blade types in AXAPTA
Transfer global BoM to purchase BoM and detailed BoM in AXAPTA Revise BoM according to actual consumption provided by production, and keep BoM updated according to process
Upload WI and other technical documents in local language version to TCE
Manage WI implementation status in cooperation with Blade Production
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Industrial Engineering preferred
Familiarity with shop drawings.
Proficiency using Microsoft Suite
3+ years proven experience in similar positions
Familiarity working with international teams.
Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM)
Knowledge of ERP systems (Axapta, SAP, Oracle or similar)
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good oral and written communication skills and ability to comprehend the English language
Experience in technical documentation like Work Instructions, control plans, etc.
Functional knowledge of the production floor operational environment
