Job Description Summary
As a System Verification Lead, you will be responsible to lead the Verification & Validation activity for Woman Health & X-Ray Business. In this role you will also be responsible to drive the product reliability strategy and execution. You must demonstrate clear strategic thinking, a strong capability to work cross-functionally across organization to drive V&V and Reliability activities for Bangalore independently. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to partner with WHXR Engineering team to deliver high quality products.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a System Verification Lead, you will-
Responsible for driving verification and validation for WH and X-Ray products.
Responsible for developing and improving Verification & Validation protocols, documentation, and testing
Develops, implements, and continuously improves process effectiveness and efficiency
Ensures process efficiency and compliance effectiveness through the development and implementation of process verification and validation plans
Own the Defect management process covering strategy, tracking & resolution
Responsible for the product testing and verification & validation strategy, planning, execution, documentation, including continuous improvements
Write and revise protocols, procedures, reports, and other documentation as per GEHC Quality Management system requirements
Responsible to drive Product reliability strategy
Partner with Engineering team to understand reliability approach, define reliability set up requirements and execute set up readiness
Track, monitor & report reliability progress and drive failure analysis with Engineering team
Interact seamlessly in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, and global environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Verification & Validation domain
Minimum 3 Years of experience in lead small to medium size team for Verification & Validation.
Experience as Agile and Scrum master
Experience in Product Reliability testing
Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrated understanding of product development lifecycles, design change and document change control, process verification and validation methodologies
Experience with performance, scalability, and reliability testing
Attention to detail and ability work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments
Knowledge on Six Sigma methodology
Experience Hardware & Systems knowledge in Medical Devices is a plus
Reliability Practitioner is a Plus
