Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for building the next gen strategic platform for managing GE Healthcare’s Installed Base (e.g. MRIs, CTs, Ultrasounds etc.). This product will be the one stop shop for managing IB through its lifecycle, create a timeline view of configuration, utilization, events and enable service programs. This will also help in powering digital selling, building personalized digital experience for our customers, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, mitigating cyber risks etc.
You will be responsible for operating in lockstep with enterprise digital teams & stakeholders to create a clear strategic direction for development needs and conveys that vision to the development team. You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Interact with internal and/or external customers and product managers to understand customer needs and timelines, formulate product roadmaps and drive product deployment and adoption to realize the intended business outcome
Lead discussions with stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback
Identify and drive integration requirements for various scenarios (e.g. product shipment, upgrades & updates, returns, drop shipment, ATO & PTO model, etc.) to enable systemic installed base creation and maintenance
Routinely Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and service teams to decide functional and technical data and its flow across the enterprise platforms to improve and sustain IB data quality
Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas
Lead discovery and conceptual design work required to translate business needs into solutions and features
Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams
Demonstrate excellent business acumen, stay abreast with latest industry trends and be looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as associated competitive landscape
Own the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases
Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
Engage frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions
Partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process
Possess a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product
Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and a minimum of 8+ years of product management experience cloud computing technology space, or enterprise solutions
Master’s degree with 5+ years of product management experience cloud computing technology space, or enterprise solutions
Desired Characteristics
Proficient with web services, online technologies, and user interface design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments
Understanding of IT system integrations
Experience of working in an Agile environment
Experience with Aha and Rally or similar tools
Knowledge on application integration, UI/UX, APIs, data quality, and data governance
Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
Business Acumen:
Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team. Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders.
