Job Description Summary
In this role you will be responsible for operating in lock-step with product management to create a clear strategic direction for build needs for a products in your teams portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate a cross-functional team to help define the realization of a modern user experience within Enterprise Digital Solutions. You will encompass the development of optimal workflows, insightful interactions and experiences based on an understanding of user-centered design principles and customer needs within Enterprise Digital Solutions. You will also coordinate with multiple stakeholders to get their inputs on system functionality & translate the same to multiple scrum teams that would be implementing the requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Develop deep understanding of customers’ clinical workflow needs across both hardware & software
Collaborate with engineering and product management to translate user, business, and technical requirements into a standardized framework of communication to support an Agile definition process.
Work directly with end users to capture and analyze challenges to their workflow.
Develop and maintain a core group of customers who will be to provide critical insights based upon their own experience (throughput, experience, patient type)
Assess modern analytics and Machine Learning technologies and their potential application to the customer user experience.
Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.
Interacts with customers/stakeholders in requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.
Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.
Routinely collaborates with UX in design decisions. Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.
Owns the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for Minimum Viable Products and quarterly releases.
Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
Partners with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.
Expert in Agile Methodology.
Bachelor's degree in Cardiology Imaging from an accredited university or college
10+ years’ experience working within the medical device industry.
Working knowledge of Multi-modality radiology products is an added advantage
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and process skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed, and customer focused environment
Ability to work in an independent manner.
Ability to motivate diverse, cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.

Experience working within the SAFE Agile process.
Understanding of the application of modern machine learning technologies.
Understanding the User Experience definition process.
Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles• Experience working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with versatile implementation options
