Job Description Summary
This role will be responsible for the delivery of the Product roadmap for the Headless Commerce Product to deliver Omni-Channel Quoting capability coherently across the globe and across multiple channels. At its core the product requires the integration exposure and intelligent automation of existing CPQ processes to allow customer and users across channels to request quotes and place orders via a consistent experience. The core channels consist of end customers via gehealthcare.com website, commercial sales teams via mobile apps, desktop and channel partners via a dedicated CRM. This role will require wing-to-wing execution of product features to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and external customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Understand business requirements to support preparation and planning of features and user stories for build teams
Deliver feature and release documentation & co-ordinates solution demonstrations to stakeholders
Responsible for capacity planning, scheduling and budget for CPQ Interlocks - Supply Chain, Finance, wing-to-wing omni channel quoting etc.
Partner with product managers, functions and regions to align priorities into scheduling and execution
Partner with business analysts and technical teams to estimate capacity and align with schedules across Digital Technology, Strategic Business Units and regions
Partner with architects, technical team and testing team to ensure adherence to development practices and functional requirements
Drive agile, project management practices and deliver on time, on budget
Own schedule and execution on business priorities across interlocks and dependent functions across Digital Technology, Strategic Business Units and regions
Identify and monitor risk through the planning and execution.
Identify and track risk mitigation actions Communication across programs and to leadership on execution, alignment and risks
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 8 years of technical experience across disciplines and functions within a product
Desired Characteristics:
Prior knowledge and experience of working in headless commerce space to identify and deliver valuable business capabilities to support different personas and channels (sales, customers, channel partners).
Experience of working across multiple teams owning different platforms and collaborating with them to ensure smooth delivery and deployments of wing-to-wing solutions.
Technical Expertise:
Strong experience working in Agile or Waterfall development
Strong business and technical expertise in the underlying design and architecture of enterprise products like SFDC and Apttus or other CPQ, CRM, eCommerce and ERP tools
Business Acumen:
Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
Skilled in breaking down complex problems, documenting problem statements, creating multiple alternative solutions to solve, and estimating efforts.
Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices and make recommendation on best choice based on product capabilities, user needs, cost, and organizational factors.
Demonstrates knowledge on IT foundational technical topics, such as micro-services, APIs, data transfer, data streaming, event management, scalability, and security.
Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and gain consensus on path forward. Able to communicate a single, synthesized perspective to the development/delivery team. Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders.
Demonstrates knowledge of the competitive environment and/or other solutions/products within DT that could solve the business needs.
Demonstrates knowledge of technologies in the market to help make, buy, vs build recommendations, scope MVPs, and to drive market timing and/or development/deployment timing decisions.
Ability to proactively identify potential risks and create contingency and/or mitigation plans to reduce impact or even prevent issue from occurring.
