Job Description Summary
In this role you will be responsible for designing world-class data and reporting solutions which enable our end users to perform the right action & take the right decision. You will understand current reporting gaps, drive future roadmap discussion, drive new technology exploration to make the reporting area sustainable. You will be the bridge between the Spare Part Transactional Systems (Oracle R12, Transportation Management Systems, Repair Service Cloud, CRM systems etc.) and the Reporting systems. Converting the functional and process needs into technical definitions.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends in the data and reporting space and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.
Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant data and reporting products.
Possesses a deep understanding of the data and reporting technology stack.
Covering the bridge between the Spare Part Transactional Systems (Oracle R12, Transportation Management Systems, Repair Service Cloud, CRM systems etc.) and the Reporting systems
Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.

Mentors junior team members.
Expert in Agile Methodology.
- Bachelor's Degree (BTech/BE or equivalent) with minimum years of experience 8 years.
Functional and Technical Knowledge for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Order Management, Inventory Management, RMA Management, PO Management, Item Management etc. (Desired Working Experience: 3 Years)
Efficient in Problem solving and effectively understanding business needs and able to convert them into the technical requirements
Efficient in working on databases like Oracle, SQL Server etc.
Efficient in writing effective SQLs, Stored Procedures, Scheduling & Maintaining System Jobs
Working knowledge of visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI etc.
Identify the area of Performance Improvement
Efficient in Python to write automation scripts, analysis of data
Good knowledge of software design and coding principles
Experience working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with versatile implementation options
Data Science certification/diploma/degree is desirable
Working knowledge of AI/ML is desirable
