Job Description Summary
As Staff Software Engineer, You should be able to define vision of serviceability for the platform. You’ll drive & be hands on in contributing intelligent services for Digital platform with end to end ownership taking initiative leading from the front. You should have exposure to the platforming where you should have ability to connect with multiple systems (Edge, Back off proving serviceability, on premise product)

Digital Platforms Engineering develops common software foundation/platform intended mainly for diagnostic imaging modalities like CT, MR, PET, X-Ray etc & Life care solutions, provide common services for Medical Image (DICOM) management & common acquisition workflows.
Predictive analytics – Hands on experience in Python programming language, scripting languages
Exposure in building Intelligent service platform
Define the vision of serviceability for platforming & lead from the front.
To have skills who have exposure to platforming
Should be able to connect multiple systems together.
Should have fair understanding of Data, (How to extract data from on premise), Bastion connection & back office for serviceability
Integrating & connecting those multiple systems
Expert in Telemetry, scraping of data, near real time data, serviceability, connectivity, tools, trouble shooting
Exposure in Predictive analytics
Collaborate with Prod management
Abstract design thinking & hands on (for example able to create a micro service , scrape data from the exporter & export to back office)
Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Container technology
Experienced in logging and monitoring tools in Kubernetes platform such as Prometheus, ELK, Grafana
Good experience in Helm based deployments in Kubernetes is preferred.
Troubleshoot problems, involving the appropriate resources and driving resolution of issues with a focus on minimizing impact to our customers.
Qualification & Experience
Looking at 10 to 15 years of experience with Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
Technically lead a team and drive the deliverables.
Drive Technical design reviews in collaboration with Architects.
Participate to the Agile DevOps design, development, testing, and release of new capabilities and features with focus on release and post-production support.
Represent production support for the suite of apps in the domain in Agile stand-ups, planning sessions and deployment activities.
Drive improvements to processes and design enhancements to automation to continuously improve the production environment.
Identify reoccurring issues and work with IT & Business partners to remediate using the problem management process.
Influence other teams and broader Engineering groups in adopting best practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
Nice to have: exposure to cloud (ECS cluster, data dog, cloud watch )
Skilled in breaking down problems and estimate time for development task
Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
Actively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
Experience in Agile methods such as Scrum on a small development team
Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks
Has the ability to make basic technology choices based on experience
Voices opinions and presents clear rationale. Uses data or factual evidence to influence
Recognizes collaborative behavior and participates in collaborative activities
Learns organization vision statement and decision-making framework. Able to understand how team and personal priorities contribute to the organization vision
