Job Description Summary
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for contributing towards building and shaping of solutions & products enabling GE Healthcare’s marketing & commercial business processes. In this role you will be responsible for ownership of the product, its evolution, requirements definition as well as managing and bridging the gap between users, global function, regional stakeholders and development team. As a member of cross-functional program you will be responsible for the delivery across multiple engineering teams, cross-system release planning and coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible to lead close collaboration and stakeholder management, including building a communication strategy, regional enablement plans and change management.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Own one of the sub-projects of a global program.
Work with cross-functional (process, design, build, test) teams to deliver features and products.
Own the short-term product roadmap and it’s integration into a larger application or strategic roadmap.
Engage continuously with region and business stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors.
Demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders and product managers through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
Own the product backlog; continuously groom and ensure that an agreed scope is always ready to move into development.
Lead the product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; owner of functional or technical product design.
Spearhead the User Acceptance Test phase by creating a User Acceptance Test plan, authoring test user stories, participating in the testing phase.
Create Project plan, manage the project schedules & budget and ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
Participate in cost and effort estimation and challenge teams on assumptions, tasks and efforts.
Create status reports and deliver clear communication across all stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology OR MBA with 3+ years of experience in Information Technology.
Good experience in Technical Product management / Agile Software Program Management
Experience in using the Jira or Rally tool to manage requirements processes
Experience leading teams in a formal software development lifecycle environment following a formal project management and governance process
Familiarity with waterfall and iterative software implementation approaches (Agile, XP, Dynamic Systems Development Method, Lean and Feature-driven Development)
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) or ERP (Oracle eBiz Suite) systems will be an added advantage
Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate requirements to enterprise software features
