Job Description Summary

In this role you will develop products that define healthcare solutions globally. You will also be responsible for sustenance of software products developed by the Healthcare Digital teams. You will lead the resolution of install base issues related to the product by determining root cause of failures/complaints, determining resolution and updating code base/procedures to prevent similar failures from occurring in the future.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Provide technical leadership to the developers in the team and be the technical anchor for them.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for overall product technical implementation and use cases

  • Drive the requirement analysis and implementation of products working as part of a global team focused on improving the productivity of field teams

  • Understand whole product, its modules and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or module.

  • Posses advanced domain knowledge and shows great customer focus.

  • Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions.

  • Expert in processes /methodologies and Skilled in build, release & deployment processes.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math),

  • Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience.

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in any one of the programming languages like Java, C++ or C#

  • Strong Debugging skills on Performance and Multi-threaded applications.

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, technology, theories, and techniques.

  • Good problem solving and analytical ability.

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development methodologies

  • Good Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise
