In this role you will be responsible for applying tools, methodologies, frameworks and analytical skills as appropriate, to conduct assessment and testing of software products and API layers. You will communicate results and next steps to senior team members and application owners. You will have a detailed working knowledge of the respective assigned systems, organization, and business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Own and deliver medium-sized quality engineering tasks while mentoring and helping team members
Make technology choices at individual level and analyse impact
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Integrate project testing with continuous-integration process
Work with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions
Provide expertise in the quality engineering, test planning and testing methodology for a software project
Develop and executes maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum 7+ years of experience
Proficient on any one of the programming languages: Java/Python/C++,
Expert on Performance Engineering practices - NFRs, Scripting, KPIs, RCAs and recommendations
Proven expertise on load testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter and Automation frameworks like UFT, Selenium and CI/CD (Jenkins)
Expert on APM tools like AppDynamics, DynaTrace, New Relic
Experience working on a public Cloud platform - AWS/GCP/Azure
Experience in test design, plans, automation, execution, and debug
