Job Description Summary
As the Senior Enterprise Application Engineer, you will be an essential member of the cross-functional team that delivers Salesforce technical solutions and operational maintenance across all business units for GE Healthcare Services. You will play a key role in the understanding and translation of business needs into technical system, scope, and objectives for Sales and Marketing applications built on Salesforce.com and its integrations. You will work closely with the business teams and perform reviews of the data, developing complex Customer Relationship Management solutions to ensure that best practices are followed and the best data solutions are provided, with detailed specifications from which programs will be written, designed, coded, tested, debugged and documented for all assigned programs.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will
Collaborate with Product Owner and Technical Product Managers to support effective intake, refinement, testing, and delivery of development requests.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
Lead technical design sessions; architect, estimate, and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end states.
Perform high-impact development (configuration or code) to solve complex problems, reduce technical debt, and implement best practices that sustainably achieve strategic business objectives.
Lead development reviews for pull requests to ensure quality and application of appropriate design patterns.
Maintain definition of development standards, branching strategy, environment strategy, deployment processes, and development workflows for the Salesforce team.
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance and mentorship to developers.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
7+ years of CRM industry and Salesforce platform experience
Experience with ServiceMax development and Knowledge of Service Cloud.
Proven ability to design, build, optimize, and release effective Salesforce solutions, both declarative and programmatic, that sustainably achieve desired business outcomes.
Expert knowledge of Salesforce products, particularly Service Cloud and Communities.
Familiar with advanced programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, asynchronous operations, effective unit testing, and integration approaches.
Demonstrated knowledge of Quality, Tools and/or LEAN processes.
Salesforce.com Admin certified; Salesforce.com Advanced Developer certified.
Lean six sigma experience.
PMP / ITIL certified.
Preferred - Experience in Healthcare industry.
