Senior Staff you will be working on some of the latest applications of data science, Cloud Security and Applications to business.

You will directly work with key client stakeholders to solve the business problem and determine solution requirements.

You will be responsible for ensuring Cyber Security Posture from Cloud front and ensuring the Secure deployments of agents on assets. If you are passionate to work on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• This role requires the ability to administer Security technologies in a complex and distributed infrastructure. Administer scalable security controls and automation in an environment within public clouds (AWS required) across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and container platforms.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with the Agile software development framework, preferably in the Product Owner role

• Within the scope of your position, you collaborate with internal cyber security partners (engineering, risk management etc) and the appropriate business partners.

• Background in Cybersecurity operations, having managed or contributed to functions such as incident response, event management, digital forensics, or similar processes

• Deep technical background with information security products, both commercial and custom/open source. This includes being responsible for the underlying technology and related services

• You will provide expert security advice and assistance in the lifecycle maintenance and operations of several security toolsets to include malware prevention, monitoring, and automation.

• Manage the state of all components in our Amazon cloud infrastructure.

• Manage monitoring environments determining alert strategies and tuning them in production.

• Monitor and troubleshoot site performance issues.

• Monitor for server and software vulnerabilities and manage upgrade and patching efforts.

• Develop and manage configuration scripts for Amazon hosted infrastructure.

• Maintain cloud-based servers patching vulnerabilities, backup/restore operations, provision new servers, configure firewalls, configure monitoring systems.

• Manage overall site availability, latency, and system health.

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders both verbally and in writing, including the CISO and CIOs

• Self-motivated desire to learn and curiosity in application of new ideas to solve security and risk problems

• Bias towards action and a demonstrable ability to deliver results and outcomes in a large enterprise environment

• Comfort operating in a globally distributed, dynamic culture

Required Qualifications

• Overall 10+ years of Experience in supporting enterprise computing platforms and systems.

• 6+ years running production systems on AWS.

• Certified AWS SysOps Administrator & Cloud Security Expert preferred

• Experience managing Databases such as Postgrace, MySQL, Redshift or similar databases on RDS.

• Working knowledge of Python, SQL and Bash scripting desirable

• Experience with EC2, Fargate and Docker management

• Experience in running ETL will be a plus

• Good understanding of Cloud Security Best Practices

• Experience with JavaScript desired

• Experience with Site monitoring and Log monitoring tools a plus

• Experience with SecDevOps and able to integrate with latest technologies ​
