Job Description Summary
This is an operational leader role for Advanced Design Tools (ADT) section in Bangalore. This role will have the responsibility of working directly with Section Leader & staff to drive key organizational metrics, develop processes that meet business needs across the organization and be involved in the department long term planning & overall strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead operations for Advanced Design Tools (ADT) Section in Bangalore and also lead part of global ADT operations responsibility by working closely with ADT global Operations leader.
Lead operations to meet agreed-upon objectives which includes functional Budget, funding, quality, cycle time and productivity.
Develop, enhance, and maintain standards for operational activities - Work collaboratively with the teams.
Track monthly billing data and projection. Managing program fund and identifying risk associated.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and training/learning needs designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the section
Lead section KPIs and drive Weekly and Monthly Operating Reviews for the section.
Participate in senior management activities, including development and tracking of the annual strategic plan, operating plan, objectives, and operational budget
Support a continuous process improvement system and culture, consistent with the company's quality program - Effectively collaborate with Global Operations leaders
Drive periodic operations review with key stakeholders - Work closely with the team on Quality and process improvement initiatives
Foster and inspire a collaborative work style and display team-oriented behavior with a proactive example of communication internally and externally - Adhere to GEAE Compliance processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering position (design, analysis, systems, services)
Strong project management skills including cross-functional coordination of activities
Should be a superior communicator; viewed as direct and truthful. Demonstrates high energy, enthusiasm, persistence, and the unique ability to maintain an uncompromising balance with thoroughness and a quick-to-action style of execution.
Demonstrates a collaborative method of interacting with matrix partners and gains acceptance and support on issues critical to the success of the business.
