Job Description Summary
In this role you will be responsible for planning, automation, and execution of performance and reliability verification cycles of software solutions. You will be part of Digital group focusing on advanced technology developments for IOT Connectivity, Visualization and Edge, Tele ICU solutions for Clinical Care Solutions for GE Healthcare.

Collaborate with product owner and architect to understand performance, scalability & reliability requirements & application workflows.
As part of the agile scrum team, Identify the scope of the requirement for the upcoming release, provide initial estimate, and justify the estimate with facts, quality metrics adherence.
Accountable for the Definition of Done for reliability user stories and execution cycles.
Execute in a fast pace delivery mode and focus in delivering tasks to meet the product release goal.
Ensure test coverage and automation code quality and maintainability.
Prepare reliability & performance test plans, manage setup required for test execution and demonstrates ability to analyze test results.
Proven ability to engage, collaborate and perform deep level performance analysis using observability metrics.
Raise defects for product non-conformance. Report out defects in products & design. Verify defects once fixed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software testing for Performance and Reliability
Skills and experience:
A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance and reliability testing for microservice based architecture systems
Must have skills: Java, Selenium, JMeter
Good to have skills: Kubernetes, Python
Experience with testing Cloud services would be a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
Working knowledge in configuration management and defect management tools (ALM/Rally/ClearQuest)
Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus
