Job Description Summary
This role will provide support, guidance, and analytical expertise on total compensation practices, policies, and programs for GE Digital’s global commercial team. This role will help implement, communicate, and administer competitive compensation programs that align with GE Digital’s plans, goals and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert in Global Sales Compensation
Create and set up new sales comp plan structure with Xactly
Roll out and execution of sales compensation plans worldwide
Support the management of Sales incentive compensation programs, including participant tracking, payout calculation, and payment processing and administration.
Act as focal point for compensation analysis and benchmarking activities.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams on all compensation matters.
Monitor and review changes in compensation laws and regulations; periodically review programs and process for compliance.
Participate in Total Rewards global initiatives and related projects.
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Digital Sales Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Experience in compensation with functional knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, and administration
Fluency in English
Experience with compensation tools (ex. Xactly)
Strong project management skills.
Ability to multi-task with attention to details.
Effective analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills.
Highly organized, driven self-starter with ability to operate independently.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
