Job Description Summary

This role will lead the execution and delivery of GE Digital’s Sales Incentive programs. Provide leadership, expertise, and strategic guidance on total compensation practices, policies, and programs for GE Digital’s global commercial team. Manage a team of analysts to help implement, communicate, and administer competitive compensation programs that align with GE Digital’s plans, goals, and objectives.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert in Global Sales Compensation

  • Create and set up new sales comp plan structure with Xactly

  • Lead team of sales compensation analysts to roll out and execute sales compensation plans globally

  • Support the management of Sales incentive compensation programs, including participant tracking, payout calculation, and payment processing and administration.

  • Partner with SIP Committee to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and HR teams on all compensation matters.

  • Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert for the GE Digital leadership team and HR staff, standardizing processes, establishing operating rigor and building close strategic partnerships within the business and across GE.

  • Monitor and review changes in compensation laws and regulations; periodically review programs and process for compliance.

  • Identify and mitigate significant risks and opportunities throughout compensation planning processes

  • Act as focal point for compensation analysis and benchmarking activities.

  • Drive detailed analysis around global sales compensation plans: identify issues, drive root cause analysis, assess the magnitude, devise/develop solutions, socialize/prioritize, and develop a plan of action to address issues

  • Support compensation plan design and manage strategic compensation projects to meet evolving talent needs of the business

  • Partner with GE Corporate Total Rewards to ensure adherence to GE enterprise-wide global compensation practices and governance standards for core processes

Required Qualifications

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Digital Sales Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

  • Experience in compensation with functional knowledge of compensation concepts, systems, and administration

  • Fluency in English
