Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will..

  • Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes including revisions from time to time & circulation to all stakeholders.

  • Streamline process of commercial reporting and manage implementation of necessary solutions

  • Have responsibility for end-to-end sales performance management (SPM - Creating Incentive Schemes, Getting approved from Committee, Launch, Performance Measurement, Dashboarding & Publish rewards)

  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, IT and HR teams on all Performance and Analytics matters.

  • Analyse process gaps to conceptualize and implement automations on various sales tools to improve productivity and data quality

  • Support the management of incentive compensation programs, including participant tracking, pay out calculation, and payment processing and administration.

  • Require ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information and maintain highest level of integrity and good judgment.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA or MCA (Maters in Computer Science) or related from an accredited university/college.

  • Experienced in working with data and numbers

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation), MS Office.

  • Good understanding of a sales process in a B2B selling environment and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Shown prior experience of deploying and automating sales processes across a multi-tool environment (SPM, ICM, CRM, BI, ERP, Order Management system, and web applications).

Desired Characteristics

  • 6+ years of experience in sales reporting/Sales Operations or commercial analytics

  • Knowledge of Sales Performance Management process (ICM, Target, Quota Planning, Territory Planning, Field Enablement) a plus

  • Effective problem solving, and quantitative skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task with attention to details.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
