Job Description Summary
Global Partner Marketing Leader – Energy Transition Software to help deliver strategic Partner Marketing campaigns from cross multiple channels, and complete tactics required to increase engagement with GE Digital Grid Software partners globally. Develop and Execute on Integrated Partner marketing plans global and regional level. This role will report to the Global Ecosystem and Alliances Leader and will work across the marketing and partner organizations to successfully implement, execute, and iterate partner marketing plans such as building end-to-end GTM strategies and constructing partner marketing activities to drive demand generation, partner sales readiness, Case Study, & Success Stories. Use social media channels to promote ecosystem and alliances value proposition with GE Digital Grid.
The candidate will be an experienced self-starter, excel at time management, able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines, highly organized, and can drive consensus across many groups and collaborators. The candidate earns trust through relationship building and thinks both strategically and analytically on how to improve / solve areas of opportunities within the organization.
Job Description
Campaign Management Build campaign plans, establish messaging including value propositions, and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Alignment Partner closely with Regional Marketing, Partner Programs, Product Marketing, Training and Sales Enablement, Events, Corporate Communications, and more.
Budget & Agency Management Oversee required budget and agency(ies) needed to build and execute global partner marketing engagement program deliverables.
Performance Metrics Collaborate with leadership to establish the best metrics and targets to measure engagement program health / effectiveness, work with the right teams to gather the data, assess metrics on a regular basis and adjust plans
Lead partner communications strategy and execution of communication plans with external parties, within the Company, and across the business. Develop partner communications engagement that supports the business strategy. Provide efficient communication execution with partners/customers, business leaders, and the media. Align and integrate communication plans across organizations. Integrate marketing / customer communications to strengthen the GE brand. Direct business-level communications activities in support of corporate strategies and initiatives

Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Marketing & Customer/Marketing Communications. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
