General Electric Engineer, Service Operations in Bengaluru, India
Role Summary:Manage Engineering Service & Logistics to ensuring that the operation's capacity matches the demand. Develop a robust service operations with an emphasis on HSE, Quality and cost.
Essential Responsibilities:- Implement Global requirement related quality and Safety.
Provide technical guidance to service technicians.
Conduct technical training to technicians
Coordinate the Level 3 repairs with Global engineering service/Deviation handling team.
Review the service internal report, prepare external service report.
Perform site quality and EHS audits
Coordination with customer in terms of technical aspects.
Blade balancing calculation
Maintain global KPI’s.
Qualifications/Requirements:Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 Years of experience in Engineering Services
Desired Characteristics:Ability to train technicians on engineering aspects.
Very good English communication skills
