Job Description Summary

Customer representative accountable for all aspects (planning, forecasting, production) of the end-to-end lifecycle of a product. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leverages deep process/domain expertise to lead technical development teams. Manages, develops, and grows a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others

  • Drives the development of products and responsible for the product management and engineering / technical execution of the strategy in the space.

  • Strong blend of technical expertise, product management and execution capabilities required.

  • Influences key stakeholders in within the regions, functions, and business units. Works with customers/stakeholders to prioritize needs.

  • Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns with the ability to manage vendor / consultant relationships.

  • Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.

  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

  • Led a team of 8-10 members with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

  • Knowledge and previous experience managing technical operations, releases and finances strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in business environment

  • Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change results orientation
