Job Description Summary
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
This position takes overall responsibilities of product marketing and application for Ultrasound contrast media product in China, to ensure the growth of products development, marketing, and sales in the market to satisfy local customer needs.
Lead team to provide clinical & research support during the contrast-enhanced ultrasound routine practice. Responsibilities may include coaching how to make a correct diagnosis and designing & monitoring research study to support sales objectives.
Responsible for determining market potential, align territories, prioritize opportunities, & optimize resources to drive Ultrasound contrast media business in China.
Build Winning Culture & improve customer touch time, especially for KOLs/luminaries and channel partners.
Prioritize global market segment requirements, perform gap analysis to current GE Healthcare portfolio, and define strategic and tactical stops to best position segment for accelerated growth
Manage the Business units single or multiple channels in assigned region. Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide regular updates of competitive activity in assigned region.
Bachelor's Degree, Pharmaceutical or medical majors
Minimum of 57 years of experience in managing a team
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
Experience and demonstrated aptitude both managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives
English communication skill
Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions,communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Master’s degree preferred.
Fluency in English language.
Direct and/or Indirect management experience; managing in a matrix organization.
Strong track record in high technology product sales / solutions
