Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Exploring multiple design options for the mechanical component and assembly detail design with 3D CAD models;
Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability;
Developing engineering design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost;
Developing and maintaining mechanical subsystem quality as well as the quality of integration of these designs into the complete system with following GEHC quality procedure;
Validating product sub-system reliability performance;
Conducting analysis of installed base and new product reliability using FMEA, DFR tools
Experience Profile:
Candidate must have over 3 years of experience in related field, especially the design of large and complex systems.
Experience in the following technologies is an advantage: FEA, sheet metal, casting, plastic injection, machining, cable harness design.
Experience in mechanical CAD tool, like Pro/E is a must.
Experience in foreign company or abroad is an advantage
Experience in these Industry is an advantage: Military research, Aerospace, Machine tools, Robotics, Car manufacturer, Aeronautics …
Personal Profile:
Bachelor Degree of mechanical engineering or above
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated basic program/project planning capability
High energy, good resistance to stress in certain phase of program needed
Good English skill in writing and speaking
