Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives
Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.
Essential Responsibilities :
Work with commercial team to make channel deployment of HCS North and West region.
Find and recommend potential channel partner candidates.
Lead team to manage daily dealer transaction application (spot and sub).
Work with team on channel conflicts.
Lead team to on site visit or communicate with dealers on GE policy.
Communicate with sales team on dealer performance and behavior.
Support compliance team on dealer related investigation.
Support on dealer related training.
Support on BP execution on GD business.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
5+ years related working experience.
Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
Proficient at office software.
Detailed oriented, commitment to deliver the results.
Good English capability in both spoken and written.
Tea, oriented- ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
