Job Description Summary
As this role, you will will focus on product quality through data analysis and issue resolution. You will be responsible for driving manufacturing product quality improvement with controlling material, in process defects and final product quality. You will work closely with Supplier Quality Engineers, process engineers and customer site interfaces for quality monitoring.

Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with manufacture engineering, SQEs, design engineering
Lead analysis of defect data and CAPA creation / resolution and maintain records as specified by the GEHC quality system
Ownership of the NCR and MRB processes
Interface with Supplier Quality on supplier related defects
Reduction of MRB and non-conforming material inventory
Ensure compliance of manufacturing quality record
Qualifications:
1,Bachelors Degree in Engineering or HS diploma and +3 years of product quality/supply chain experience
2,Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
3,Good procedure establishment and standardization skill
4,Good at statistics, analysis and have excellent problem resolve skill
5,Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English
6,Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc
Preferred Qualifications:
1,Green Belt Certified
2,Lean manufacturing experience
3Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams Demonstrated analytical, process management skills
