Job Description Summary

Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical and/or clinical support during sales and customer training process.

• Ensure delivery of required demo, installation and customer support.

• May be required to provide pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) and post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities, including on site in-servicing and go-live support. • Products and systems requiring technical knowledge.

• Some customization to client conditions can be done.

• Cooperates with sales teams to realize sales.

Qualifications Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales technical programs/project management).

  2. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales Operations or technical program/project management.
