Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Owns/influences commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership/influence over budgets. Guided by functional policy. There is autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for determining market potential, align territories, prioritize opportunities, & optimize resources to drive DXR business in China

  2. Leading a dedicated DXR sales & sales specialist team in the region to achieve optimal coverage & penetration of market for various DXR segments for different channels

  3. Develop & Implement NPI strategies by working with upstream teams in HQ

  4. Sales & Specialist team efficiency & effectiveness; Invest, Train & Develop talent with DXR domain knowledge

  5. Build Winning Culture & improve customer touch time, especially for KOLs/luminaries and channel partners

  6. Commercialize share gain programs

  7. Pricing control, forecasting accuracy & Linearity

  8. Commercially drive operating mechanisms

Qualifications/Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.

  2. 12+ years of extensive commercial experience plus minimum of 5 years of experience in selling diagnostic imaging equipment ideally. Ideally done at least one role where there is significant annual target size, or managed multi-layer teams

  3. Proven strategic thinking and project planning skills

  4. Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all level

  5. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  6. Proven track record on relationship building skills

  7. High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers and luminaries in a way that produces understanding and impact

  8. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process

  9. Demonstrated ability to work directly with hospital and channel partner C-Suite

  10. Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic

Desired Characteristics :

  1. Master’s degree preferred.

  2. Deep knowledge of GE Healthcare and the products and services offered.

  3. Fluent in English language.
