Job Description Summary

As LEAN manager you will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the LEAN at Ultrasound, LCS, Private and others temporary assignment. Focusing on driving breakthrough in key areas: Customer Insights, Transformative Marketing, Funnel Management, KAM, Channel SFE, Problem Solving and Growth (War) Room Cross the BU.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently deliver formal and informal LEAN training and coaching, build up lean expertise through certification in LEAN tools of PSP, DM, FM, KAM, etc

  • Support Line Lean Leader in lean activity implement, result tracking and sustainment, as well as lean roadmap deployment in responsible area

  • Facilitate Problem solving workshops and Kaizen events to improve/optimize marketing, sales and channel management processes from leads generation, funnel management, to daily management

  • Identify best practices within region and share across GEHC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • English communication skill is a must

  • Self-motivated, can do attitude; ability to influence others for actions.

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented and result driven; be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment;

  • Practice of Lean Basics like SW, VSM, 5S, VOC, DM, PSP, Kaizen, etc

  • Commercial tools experience: Leads Generation, Funnel management, Channel SFE, Problem Solving, Growth Room are preferred

  • Embrace and believe in LEAN culture, passionate about learning and deploying LEAN tools to deliver sustainable results.

  • Willing and able to travel (50%)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • BS/BA or above Degree is required

  • 3+ years of Lean/GB or BB experience and Kaizen experience

  • 3+ years of commercial experience of like SFE/MKT Intelligence/Channel Management with lean development interest is preferred

  • Excellent training skills and adult learning theory

  • Excellent consulting/influencing skills

  • Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills

  • Numbers of scalable LEAN growth events and sustain rate%

  • Numbers of lean trainings delivered or lean tool certifications achieved
