Lead Service Integrator

A Lead Service Integrator learns the practical application of engineering principal and will work with cross-functional teams to build proper installation and service process for medical product, as well as post market monitoring mechanism.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional team within GE and with application patterners to build medical device installation and servicing process on customer site

  • Build post market quality and customer feedback tracking mechanism

  • Support various on-site product clinical trial activities

  • Lead on related publication documentation generation activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in medical software product service engineering or project handling.

  • Familiar with Quality Management System implementation of ISO13485/9001

  • On-hand experience with customer site installation and servicing activities.

  • Application knowledge of medical imaging related product preferred.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Good team worker that can drive for a solution with cross functional team.

  • Passion with customer communication and success to drive for product improvement.
