Job Description Summary

The Imaging Solutions Commercial Enablement Manager is a key strategic position responsible for GTM/commercialization and Customer Success of Fleet solutions and Smart subscription offerings. This role will be focusing on homogenizing and scaling the commercial offer, defining and executing the global go to market and customer enablement strategy for imaging solutions. This includes the current offerings of Imaging Protocol Manager, Intelligent Protocoling, Digital Expert, Smart Subscription, Cyber and Advanced Visualization. Future offerings will include tools to enhance customer productivity and workflow across the entire order to report patient journey.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

This role will partner with region marketing and commercial teams to deliver the cross-modality digital solutions for customer fleet management, these applications will help customers to address their clinical and operational challenges. The solutions include, but not limited to remote scan assistance, staff training and monitoring, additionally provide the actionable insights from machine data analytics to help customers achieve the desired outcomes of improved exam consistency, patient safety and quality of patient care. The individual has GTM/commercialization responsibilities, will work closely with product management across Imaging, service, sales, marketing and clinical teams to drive the overall business strategy and goals.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Define, own and implement common go to market model for the imaging solutions and applications.

  • Drive pricing strategies for imaging solutions and applications.

  • Define and drive lifecycle of our SAAS business model including how to quote, order, invoice, install, renew and ensure customer success of smart subscription applications

  • Partnering with modality product management, marketing and regional commercial teams to ensure consistent implementation of the SAAS model implementation. Partner with product marketing and regions on competitive analysis and ensures that features and capabilities across the product roadmap are competitive in our target markets

  • Work with Commercial Marketing to create the requisite sales enablement tools, marketing collaterals.

  • Own and execute region customer enablement strategy and plan, monitor and report the business performance and customer success KPIs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • 7+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • Capable of quickly grasping technical and clinical concepts and driving solutions

Desired Characteristics

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Deep marketing expertise in strategy, market analysis and product commercialization

  • Healthcare product/industry acumen; considered to be an authority in the targeted health market care area

  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

  • Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

  • Strategic planner and able to drive change

  • Collaborative leadership skills – exhibits willingness to engage other business partners within the organization, is innovative, creative and a team player with a solution-based approach capture opportunities and remove barriers.

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
