Job Description Summary
This position provides electrical engineering development for imaging detection components. The position works in the program team to deliver the physical and audio user interface device design for the medical imaging equipment design to meet the functional, performance, quality and reliability requirements. This role requires the interaction with industrial design, system, software, mechanical team to realize the hardware design, manufacture implementation support, site issue investigation/retire.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for user interface device design, implementation and verification.
Engaging in all phases of product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.
Audio intercom design, develop the noise reduction feature to improve voice communication quality.
analog and digital circuit design, FPGA/DSP programing, Ethernet/USB/Wireless interface design.
Perform electrical parts failure mode analysis, components life-cycle, understand the Rohs compliance.
Use advanced analog and digital design methodology and analysis/simulation tools to evaluate the design and solve technical problems.
Participate in new product introductions through process layout, equipment/tool development, and process development.
Ensuring quality, performance and delivery through supplier control.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related area 3 years engineering experience in a related field Experience in power supply development, knowledge of switching and linear power supply design. Experience of digital circuit design, FPGA development. Experience and knowledge on audio components. EMC Knowledge and experience Knowledge in industrial interfaces, such as USB, Ethernet, wireless, etc. Knowledge of UL/ETL/IEC standards and how they apply to designs. Experience on the active noise cancelling hardware and firmware design is a plus. Good Communications in written and spoken English. Global co-development experience is a plus.
