General Electric CT Product Marketing Leader in Beijing, China

Essential Responsibilities:

 Analyze financial performance of CT by Great China and recommend strategies and implementation plans for growth via annual marketing plan process and monthly reporting process

 Provide product support/respond to product inquires for dedicated Modality team

 Develop appropriate sales tools

 To be the China product champion for CT

 Gather, document and communicate competitor analysis

 Maintain industry knowledge, publication, trends, initiatives

 Creation and maintenance of China product catalogues and other China specific marketing support tools such as FAQ guides

 Creation of Marketing Programs and local literature

 Creation of training materials and providing product and application training to Sales Team and supporting customers

 Coordination of forecasting/demand planning between Upstream marketing and downstream sales organizations

 Communication of production, supply and quality issues to China marketing and service/sales team

 Work with other modalities to produce best go to market strategies

 Support Exhibition activity

 Support service/sales team in the field

 Develop New Markets and strategies to capitalize on growth potential

Qualifications/Requirements:

 Relevant Product and applications knowledge

 Marketing skills

 Excellent communication skills

 High level of organization and time management skills

 Proactive and self motivated

 Fluent English

 Field sales experience is a plus

Desired Characteristics:

  1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  2. 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

  3. Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding

  4. Healthcare product/industry acumen

  5. Experience in (enter segment or care area here)

  6. Experience managing a global brand

  7. Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

  8. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams

  9. Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
