Essential Responsibilities:

We believe that future transportation systems will certainly be connected, data-driven and powered by intelligence at the edge. We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who can help us introduce and grow the use of IoT, advanced analytics, and APM (Asset Performance Management) capabilities in the rail and transportation industries. Successful candidate will be a seasoned product marketer with experience across the marketing disciplines, a strategic thinker, a natural learner, collaborative by nature, and committed to excellence in every aspect of marketing.

  • Market Intelligence: identify opportunities and trends, understand customer needs and prioritize customer segments and business opportunities

  • CompetitiveIntelligence: Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned

  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas

  • Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with product, sales and communication teams, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.

  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and recommend and implement required changes.

  • Collaborate with product management team and drive commercial launch of new products with differentiated product positioning and messaging. Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and support for portfolio planning

  • Create marketing initiatives targeting priority accounts and prospects in close co-ordination with the sales team to increase engagement, drive retention and enable pipeline/revenue growth

  • Collaborate with product & marketing communication teams to create compelling content for sales enablement to accelerate sales cycle and increase win rate.

  • Own content creation for websites, digital campaigns and other marketing channels

  • Support product training activities for the commercial teams on a need basis

  • Drive lead generation, demand generation, and customer retention through innovative digital marketing programs and campaigns

  • Supporttrade shows, client conferences and customer events with content and messaging to support demand generation efforts

  • Act as the primary thought leader for the solutions you support both internal and external stakeholders


  • MBAin marketing, strategy or business management

  • 3-5years of product marketing or general marketing experience

  • Abilityto travel at least 25%-30% of time in customer visits, event support and otherneed-based travel
