The Field Service Engineer 3 Installer you will be part of a team that is responsible for Life Care Solutions installation of GE products and infrastructure. Acts as the primary GEHC Services face to the customer. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

Primary Installation Role responsibility where location of work may vary across the United States.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on assigned equipment.
May also perform installation, validation, and maintenance on assigned equipment.
Function as co-lead; develop and maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers and sales to proactively identify customer needs, ensure resolution, proper follow-up, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Prioritize service, assign personnel, distribution of work, and resource allocation.
Responsible for prompt administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner, ordering repair parts, and managing cycle times.
Maintain parts inventory and manage vendor service as needed.
Provide instruction to personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment
1+ year of demonstrated team lead experience
Demonstrated experience with P&L along with completion of administrative tasks.
Demonstrated experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products.
