Job Description Summary
The RCA PM Team Lead is responsible for leading an RCA PM team that own the RCAs within the Land Constrained wind segment. They will be responsible for operationalizing and continuously improving the RCA process. This leader will own, execute, and resolve RCAs with a focus on Safety, Quality and Speed to implement containment and corrective actions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead a Program managers team to drive RCA resolution across the Land Constrained Segment
Lead the team through the RCA resolution process providing guidance, training and assistance focusing on quality of the deliverables
Drive a culture that ensures and delivers outstanding product quality
Build strong cross-functional engagement with ONW Quality, FRO, Supplier Quality & Segment Engineering teams to better prioritize RCA work streams and share best practices
Participate in development and implementation of new methodologies and processes as required based on business feedback and in accordance with the different segment
Work closely with Engineering teams and other stakeholders and segment in active forum, sharing lessons learned, processes, procedures, etc.
Support the LC Quality Engineering Leader to drive actions from RCA Kaizen to drive improved and faster RCA resolution.
Define, own, track, and deliver on the key RCA metrics that allow us to meet our overall business metrics on cost of quality in accordance with the different segment
Maintains thorough and well-organized documentation of RCA progress within the RCA module
Defines & executes program budget (w/ rigor to quarterly targets) & drives Risk management of program to meet timeline and overall targets
Drives integration of ALL functions for an RCA resolution (including Product Line, Engineering, Sourcing, Installation, Service & FRO)
Recruit, hire, coach and develop the team to execute all aspects of RCA execution activities and build a pipeline for leadership opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wind business
Greenbelt Certification or equivalent
Desired Characteristics
Project/Program Management background
Certification in problem solving methodology (Six Sigma, Red X, 8D, TAPROOT, APOLLO, etc) with quantifiable business results achieved through leading problem-solving efforts to resolution
Willingness & ability to coach others in problem solving methodology
Basic understanding of wind turbine technology
Influential leadership experience with credibility, the ability to partner, energize and focus teams to deliver on priorities
Experience with customer communications, particularly with product quality topics like RCAs
Strategic thinker – able to navigate complexity, develop clear actions, and drive impact
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related area from an accredited college or university
Able to think outside of the box to bring creative, sustainable solutions to complicated problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams
