Location & Relocation
We are looking for a number of engineers to join us in Barcelona, Spain or Nantes, France, working with the skilled and diverse Offshore Wind Engineering team, contributing to the design and development of offshore wind products, solutions and systems, in multiple disciplines such us; mechanical, electrical and structural.
We are offering relocation and immigration support including immigration services to secure a local hire work permit, transfer allowance of 1-month fixed salary, relocation airfare (one way) for you and your family plus tax support.

Roles and Responsibilities
Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical , structural and/or electrical engineering for all products
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Proven technology and/or product management experience
Relevant experience in the Engineering/Technology ( Mechanical, Electrical, Structural).
Knowledge of ANSYS or other finite element analysis tools
Standards and Design Codes
Fluency with technical drawing and GD &T.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Wind industry experience.
Demonstrated system thinking: ability to assess tradeoffs, effectively asess risk, and optimize results
Demonstrated ability to work horizontally across stakeholders to influence outcome
