Owns Issue Resolution and support IC’s and coach toward high technical quality
Owns strategic Projects aligned to responsible technology (proactive Issue resolution)
Owns the Technical Communications Review for Technical Content/Quality
Owns RCA Technical Approval
Owns Collection, Categorization, and Structure of historical technical information and responses to issues, and the development of Technical Training Material and Plans
Drives the development plans and mentors individuals to stay on track with plans established
Owns leading complex projects (top issues) that are complex in nature
Owns enterprise risk in conjunction with Chief Engineering Office across the lifecycle of the technology
Chair of technology forums and conduit of technical information globally
Owns the establishment of processes within technology
Drives the team to execute on key priorities and standard work
Drives strategic pole development planning and completion for team members
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science, or similar experience
Several years of experience in an engineering capacity
Previous experience in gas turbine and/or steam turbine accessory system engineering or product service
Proven ability to develop and mentor others

Customer-focused with clear, concise written and oral communications to the appropriate level
