General Electric HR Service Delivery Specialist (m/f) in Baden, Switzerland

Role Summary:Responsible for the achievement of a high-quality and standardized HR Service delivery. Knowing how to use HR tools, working cross-functional with internal teams to deliver a quality service that is recognized as the best master HR processes and has Shared Services Center experience.

Essential Responsibilities:The HR Service Delivery Specialist focuses primarily on the needs of our customers, making his/her expertise available in projects or queries of the HR communities.

  • Be subject matter expert and contact person for certain HR tools or processes, coordinate with HR Services Center team, implement and supervise modifications, escalate technical issues, communicate new features, train the team

  • Lead process improvements under lean aspects within operational rhythm and support the Center team, create and review process documentation

  • Ensure operational excellence with quality exchange and coach Center team, drive collaboration

  • Responsible for the successful execution of one or more People Operations tasks

  • Provide ad-hoc operational support

  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication

  • Exchange information and know-how with HR Managers and HR Coordinators

  • Manage escalations with the Center team: analyze causes, suggest solutions, initiate corrective actions, supervise them and coach the team, kick off process changes where needed

  • One HR Representation on demand

  • Support HR/ GE initiatives

  • Lead or support HR projects within People Operations

  • Strong collaboration with business, manage and support M&A dispositions related to HR Services topics

  • Manage operational tasks such as: fines of company car, letter for jubilees, restructuring process, initiate Purchase Orders & process invoices

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Significant experience in HR Service delivery

  • Certificate as HR Assistant (Fachausweis Personalassistent/in)

  • Ability to prioritize various tasks and meet deadlines

  • Experience in managing multiple problems in a changing environment in parallel

  • Detail-oriented

  • Proven ability to work proactively with remote customers

  • Fluent German and English

  • Mastering Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point) and HR Tools

  • Confidentiality and control

  • Supportive and enthusiastic team player

  • Knowing how to communicate your goals, achievements and progress in ongoing actions

  • Ability to analyze, summarize, find, and identify the causes of a problem

  • Ability to track and edit escalations

  • Strong planning and organization skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • Deep knowledge of GE organization and structure

  • Experience with SAP HR and Workday

  • Ability to document processes
