Exciting opportunity to join the Executive Talent Acquisition team at GE Digital as an Executive Recruiter. As a critical partner to Business Leaders and HRBPs, you will deliver top talent while providing a best-in-class client and candidate experience. You will work closely with the business to define hiring needs, deploy specialist talent identification and assessment skills, and champion a white-glove candidate and client process for all global Executive roles at GE Digital.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process including: search kickoff, sourcing, talent assessment, interview process, offer negotiations and candidate close

  • Partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders to identify business priorities and create talent acquisition strategies to fill niche roles at all Executive levels

  • Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on delivering high touch experiences to internal and external candidates

  • Provide data driven recommendations to guide hiring managers in their talent acquisition process. Engage with hiring managers to clarify the scope of the role, develop a role profile, and create a candidate specification

  • Directly source your own talent while leveraging research for some positions

  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill specialist and management roles, developing a variety of talent attraction and engagement processes and tools

  • Proactively present to senior executives on search and candidate updates

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools

  • Identify and engage with diverse pools of talent to develop inclusive and best in class candidate slates and resulting hires

  • Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across GE Businesses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated passive and some niche recruiting domain expertise

  • 6+ years' recruiting experience in a corporate environment or within an executive search firm

  • Possess excellent detail orientation and time management skills

  • Ensures best-in-class search quality, candidate experience and client experience throughout the entire search process

  • Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvements

  • Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

  • Demonstrates business partnership and influence through working relationship with senior executives and HRBPs

  • Leverages recruitment tools and technologies (ATS, CRM etc.)

  • Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward; ability to analyze business challenges and provide recruiting solutions

  • Provides direct business impact through metrics driven problem solving

  • Sharing knowledge and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill
