Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections of each device and corresponding Device History Record and to give final quality sign off for product release

  • Provide support to production and refurbishment for quality issues/concerns

  • Answer quality-related production and refurbishment product and/or process questions


  • High School Diploma/Certificate or relevant technical work experience

  • Detail oriented

  • Demonstrated verbal & written skills

  • Knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Electronic Management Systems
