Local /overseas contracts conclusion process (service, supply contracts)
Raise accruals PO in SAP before 15th of each month
Checking invoices (local and overseas), making cover sheet with correct reason code
Sending invoices for scan and control that they appear in SAP and payment
Update SAP records –making GR (good receipt)
Acts of reconciliation with vendors
Raise ASL request in Quality Management System (to get vendor approved in system)
Support during vacations for colleague functions
Willingness to work overtime along with out of hours communication
All other reasonable tasks assigned
- Bachelors degree required and 3+ years experience including 3 years in a similar role
Proven written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
