Job Description Summary
Reporting to the North America Talent Acquisition Leader, with dotted line to our Global TA Operations Leader, the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead – North America, will be responsible for operational aspects supporting GE Gas Power and Power Portfolio’s recruiting function in North America. This role will be a key contributor to the ongoing transformation of the Talent Acquisition team in the region, focusing on contributing to and implementing lean process and standard work, tool and technology maximization, establishing KPIs and facilitating an overall culture of compliance for the region. The role also manages key administrative components of TA operations for the region such as supplier management, procurement processes, etc.

Success in this role looks like:
You will establish yourself as a subject matter expert in our Talent Acquisition wing to wing processes and tools; using your lean experience and mindset to drive a culture of standard work and process and performance improvement. You will demonstrate your passion for data, by implementing a standard set of KPIs and an operating cadence to help drive performance. You will build collaborative relationships, and connect well with colleagues to secure insights and create buy-in to the changes that you are leading.

Lead operational aspects for the region to include driving metrics and reporting, serving as an SME o our wing to wing process, staying current on centrally led technology enhancements (Workday, Phenom) and ensure regional compliance through routine audits.
Act as supplier focal for our RPO partners to ensure robust delivery and performance. Serve as a partner and advocate to remove barriers for these partners.
Understand our technology stack and drive technology and tools maximization for the region.
Acts as a resource for TA colleagues with less experience. Conveys performance expectations and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Partner with the region TA Leader and the Global TA Operations leader to help drive lean, standardized delivery improvements for the region.
Partner with the region TA leader to develop demand/TA capacity planning and conduct analysis to support resource management activities.
Develop routine metrics package for the region and regular communication cadence.
Lead TA administrative activities such as purchasing, invoicing, US candidate travel, contractor sponsorship, license administration, etc.
3+ years of experience working in a high-performance, modernized and integrated Talent Acquisition function
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience driving lean processes or minimally driving process improvement leading to improved outcomes
Experience working with several recruiting technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management, Calendar Automation, etc.
Strong planning and project management skills
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables
Experience in a matrixed environment preferred
Prior experience working with Talent Acquisition suppliers and/or the sourcing process
Experience in an OFCCP regulated organization; Fortune 500 company experience is preferred
Strong communication skills
Experience working with and presenting data
Experience in Workday preferred
This role can be done remotely in Eastern or Central US or at one of the following major GE Power locations (US Atlanta, Greenville SC, Schenectady)
